Let me introduce myself, I am CASale DELL'ACQUA and I will tell you a little about myself. Surrounded by greenery, I am located in Bagni di Lucca, on the quiet banks of the Lima River. I am known for my serenity, my rustic but welcoming character and my story that speaks of nature and authenticity.
I was born as a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, with stone walls that whisper memories of distant times and wooden beams that hold up my every dream. My structure is sturdy, but I need someone who has the desire and passion to renovate me, to give me new life, while maintaining my rustic and welcoming charm. Inside, you offer large spaces that smell of wood and fire in the fireplace, ready to warm your winter evenings. My windows look out onto panoramas that change with the seasons, offering you every time a breathtaking view of the pristine nature that surrounds me.
Located right in front of the road, my access is easy and convenient. Sure, this means you can easily walk to my door, but I assure you that despite the proximity to the main road, the Lima River flows serenely a few meters away, giving peace and a natural melody that fills the air. The river is my dearest neighbor: it tells me stories of clear water, of fishermen and of summer days spent cooling my feet in its cool embrace. And Bagni di Lucca, with their historic spa, are just a few steps away, a true paradise for those seeking well-being and tranquility.
I am composed on the ground floor of a garden on the south and east side, a courtyard on the front side from which you enter the house. I have a large entrance hall, a dining room with kitchenette, two living rooms, one with a fireplace and a bedroom with a private bathroom. On the first floor we have a hallway, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace, as well as an attic.
I am quite large because I have a commercial area of about 285 square meters. The house has a gross area of about 230 square meters, the cellars and the oven of about 110 square meters and the courtyard and garden of about 1370 square meters.
In the basement accessible by internal stairs I have four rooms used as cellar. With access only from the outside I have another cellar with stone vault and wood oven.
I also have a beautiful garden facing the street, where you can park comfortably, grow flowers or simply relax under the shade of a tree, listening to the birds singing.
